Just a couple years ago I was nearing my 3rd full year of being single in my late 20’s and wow was I in panic mode.
I remember going to 5 weddings in one year, it seemed like every time I logged onto Facebook, somebody was getting engaged or announcing a pregnancy…
And here I was, single..
I had it “all” - an amazing corporate career close to making 6 figures, I lived in a fun and popular city, great group of friends, was in great shape - but the one area of my life I struggled in was men and dating.
I was taking action…
I was on multiple dating apps. I was saying “yes” to almost any invitation for a 1st date because I wanted to “be open minded”.
I went out every weekend to the hottest bars and events in hopes to meet a great guy. I was attracting men who would take me on a nice date and then try to get me to casually
I was exhausted after dates because I felt like I needed to impress the whole time. Trying to be “the everything girl”
I would go on a 1st date, think it went amazing, and then never hear from the guy again. I was attracting “time waster” men who weren’t looking for anything serious, they just wanted to see what they could get.
